The “Feuerwehr Objektiv” symposium in Klosterneuburg is celebrating its 10th anniversary this year and has established itself as a fixed point in the schedule of many decision makers and interested specialists in the fire service sector in Austria over the years. EMPL will also participate again with several vehicles.

The 10th Feuerwehr Objektiv (anniversary) symposium with vehicle presenta-tions will take place in Klosterneuburg on 1 April. EMPL will be present once again with several vehicles in the outdoor area.

The presented KLF-A small fire truck from the Hart im Zillertal Volunteer Fire Brigade is built on a Mercedes Benz Sprinter 519 CDI KA 4x4 chassis. The vehicle is designed for a crew of 1 + 8 and features one equipment compartment on each side and at the rear, with dust-proof and watertight roll-up doors. A pull-out compartment for a mobile pump is located at the rear. Other equipment includes a generator and a tool board which can be pulled out on either side. The installed light mast can be pneumatically rotated and swivelled and is equipped with 4 LED lights. The complete lighting concept – from the equipment compartments to the perimeter lighting and an aluminium roof gallery – was implemented with LED technology. A 2-part extension ladder and a roof box are installed on the roof.
