EMPL is one of the first companies in Tyrol to receive the honour of “Excellent Tyrolean Training facility“. The award, offered to firms with the highest standard of apprenticeship training, has been bestowed on the company since 2000.
In order to guarantee the highest level of training, every apprentice will experience work on each stage of the company’s manufacturing process. Training begins in the turning and small parts manufacture workshop, then onto the construction of fire fighting vehicles, body assembly, repair workshop and final assembly. Apprentices will also work in the technical office, where they will learn about the various stages of constructing a customised HGV body.

- Mechanical technician
- Automotive body panel technician
- Automotive electrician
- Sales assistant (heavy duty vehicles and spare parts)
We guarantee our apprentices additional lessons from our highly qualified training staff. We also offer prizes for special achievements in the classroom and apprentice competitions!
