At the outdoor stand F88, EMPL presents the TLF 4000 of the Weißenfels Volunteer Fire Department and the rescue vehicle with crane of the Markt Allersberg Volunteer Fire Department to trade fair visitors.
TLF 4000 - Weißenfels Volunteer Fire Department
The TLF 4000 of the FF Weißenfels, built on a MAN TGM 18.320 4x4, is part of a state procurement from Saxony-Anhalt, which includes a total of 9 vehicles.
The pumper with a crew cabin for a crew of 1 + 5 (2 BA seats) has a 4,200 l water tank and 2 200 l foam tanks, a 2,000 rear-mounted pump with pump & roll function and a Cameleon foam mixing system. On the roof there is a permanently mounted 2,000 foam water cannon including an adjustable nozzle and foam pipe as well as a roof box. The light mast mounted at the rear has an output of 30,000 lumens and a rear warning device is also installed.
The equipment includes, among other things, 2 foldable compressed air breathing apparatus and 4 reserve bottles, small fire extinguishers (ABC, powder, CO² extinguishers and bucket sprayer), hydraulic rescue kit, power tools, hand tools, power generator, pressure hoses, hose carrying baskets, overpressure fan, lighting unit and much more.
RW-K - Volunteer Fire Department Markt Allersberg
The second vehicle is a rescue vehicle with a crane for the Volunteer Fire Department Markt Allersberg, which was also implemented on a MAN TGM 18.320 4x4 chassis.
The RW-K has a Palfinger PK 18502-SH rear loading crane with a 2.5 ton cable winch on the articulated arm, Rotzler Treibmatic TR080/7 front winch, workbench with pull-out vice, tool sliding wall that can be telescoped on both sides, 13 kVA power generator and a 30 kVA built-in generator with 30 m rapid current attack device. On the roof of the vehicle, which can be accessed from the side, there is the rotating and pivoting Empl Function Light light mast with 8 LED headlights, each with 4,000 lumens, behind the driver's cab and 2 removable and craneable roof boxes.
The equipment includes, among other things, hydraulic rescue equipment, rescue cylinders, basket stretchers, rescue platform, chemical protection suits, multi-purpose hoist, winch, shackle, pulley, lifting cushion system, lifting set, buffalo winches, small fire extinguishers (ABC, foam, CO2 extinguishers), floodlights, lighting units with batteries, sealing material, battery-operated devices (saber saw, drill, drill & demolition hammer, screwdriver, angle grinder, etc.), building supports, channel struts, building clamps, compressed air and hand diaphragm pumps, plasma cutter, compressed air bottles, compressor and much more.
