Training from professionals for professionals!
User training for “equipment and accessories” regularly takes place at the in-house EMPL Akademie. These courses allow emergency personnel to be ideally prepared for a variety of different scenarios. Customised, individually tailored and highly professional product training in theory and practice is a matter of course for us.

Each participant receives comprehensive training documents to start the practical section perfectly prepared. After successful participation, each participant receives a certificate.

Service training

Comprehensive support over the entire product life cycle also includes training for external and internal service personnel in the areas of maintenance, service, repair and spare parts management for our vehicle bodies, equipment and accessories. Easy maintenance, availability and reliability are the top priorities here. Professional workshops on “service and repairs” led by OEM-certified trainers are offered on a variety of different topics:

Specialist talks

Catering

Our in-house EMPL catering can meet all our guests’ demands. Whether catering for coffee breaks at a seminar or a gala buffet with an exclusive touch – our kitchen team stands for freshness and quality. In our foyer/bar area and on the panorama balcony, participants can use their breaks to relax and regenerate.

At lunchtime, they have access to either our public EMPL Canteen or to our VIP lounges – for up to 32 people – in an exclusive, undisturbed atmosphere. The dishes serves are of the highest quality and can be individually tailored by our chef. For our Arab guests, we offer a prayer room with foot washing facility.
