Mobile Service

Our workshop comes to you!     

If you are not able to visit one of our service locations or service partners, we can come to you. Our mobile service team is fast, reliable and professional and can take care of the problem directly on site.

Vehicle Restoration / Conversion

To substantially extend the useful life of your vehicle body – even beyond the service life of the truck, we offer comprehensive restoration and conversion work for older vehicles requiring reconditioning. After a short time, your vehicle will be updated and ready for use again.

Spare Parts

Reliable supply of the required spare parts, maintenance parts and wear parts is a fundamental factor for avoiding unplanned downtimes and consequently economic losses.

Our “spare parts experts” have decades of experience and provide competent help for finding the correct spare part. This know-how, paired with a well-stocked and modern, IT-based warehouse, allows us to ensure fast delivery of spare parts. If a part is not in stock, of course we can procure it within the shortest time possible. We can rely on a strong partner network. Customer-specific special parts are manufactured with a short lead time. This reduces any downtimes to a minimum.

Training / Handover

In order to maintain and further develop customer relationships after the vehicle has been delivered, the “Training” and “After Sales” departments are a particularly important part of the company. The declared objectives at EMPL are to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction and optimum vehicle performance.

To ensure this, we train and advise our customers worldwide on-site and remain in constant contact even after delivery and handover. Detailed documentation, specially adapted to each product, additionally support the user-friendly operation of the vehicles.
