TITAN construction vehicles from Austrian truck body specialist EMPL are well established in the construction industry. Tippers and rock skips – as fixed or swap bodies – can therefore be combined with all conventional but also more exotic chassis types, in a variety of different axle and wheelbase variants. Other features such as material type and material thickness, multi-stage special presses, removable corner support, add-on side panels, different crane attachments and a variety of different equipment variants in combination with numerous safety devices can be used to meet individual requirements profiles.

To ensure maximum flexibility for your transports, EMPL tipper trucks and rock tipper bodies are manufactured in ISO container width as a standard, including behind the two rear corner posts.

The high-strength, yet lightweight fine-grained steel gives the bodies an impressive level of stability and wear resistance. At the same time, the load-optimised chassis design reduces the dead weight while maximising the transport volume for maximum economic efficiency.

Tipper bodies can be equipped with side panels made of aluminium or steel profiles. To handle the toughest applications like transporting heavy natural stone, stone tippers are made with a steel frame design in combination with a Hardox inner plate.
Stone skips are designed for the toughest conditions when transporting bulk goods, spoil and demolition rubble. For optimum economic efficiency, there is also an option for choosing a mechanical or hydraulic interchangeable body system, with up to 7 body types and virtually endless possibilities. In addition, roll-off tippers in all weight categories make your vehicle fleet versatile, functional and convenient.

The individual components are sand-blasted, primed and painted. Sensitive areas are preserved to offer long-term protection against salt, water and other weather influence.
