The EMPL support vehicle body is available in different versions and is precisely adapted to the requirements and requests of the user. The special plank-bed is equipped with a watertight floor. The front wall consists of sturdy side wall profiles. 

The tarp frame is available with an arched roof and with removable roof mirrors. This ensures much easier crane loading.

Comfortable work support

For easy loading and unloading of the materials to be transported, it is practical to install a tail lift.

EMPL offers a variety of solutions and works only with the most renowned tail lift manufacturers. The models meet the latest safety standards and feature state-of-the-art technology. On EMPL support vehicles, a frame reinforcement provides optimum connection of each installed tail lift to the base vehicle.

Additional safety features such as roll-off protection, integrated warning lights and foot control are included as well as the fire-engine red paint coat for the outside of the tail lift. For vehicles for extreme terrain, EMPL offers special tail lifts which are tested for military use.

Spacious & clearly structured

Load securing is an essential focus. The interior is therefore equipped with combination lashing rails and aluminium planks. On request, flush lashing rings in the floor or integrated Airline rails are available.

A guide and container locking system integrated into the side wall ensures fast and reliable attachment of the roll-on container. The aluminium storage boxes installed at the side are equipped with interior lighting and closure monitoring.

Multi-functional loading system

Roll-on containers are essential for ensuring that any required equipment can be quickly and easily transported from the vehicle to the place of use. In addition, the containers are an excellent tool for keeping the equipment neatly tidied away. The roll-on containers with pallet dimensions are available with a “dead-man’s brake” (drum brake).

Painting

State-of-the-art paint systems (enamel finish) in-house ensure best possible quality and durability of the paint finish.

Conservation

Complete chassis and body conservation in 2-layer process to military standard, incl. certification for resistance to condensation and salt spray. This provides perfect protection against corrosion.
